Powering Up! Deploying the All-New TAJIMA Multi-Head Embroidery Machines

Massive Production Upgrade! (August 11, 2026) 

We are thrilled to announce the arrival of 3 brand-new, state-of-the-art Japanese TAJIMA embroidery machines, adding an incredible 60 heads to our production line! 

Here are our latest high-tech additions:

• 1️⃣ TMCP-620 (6 needles, 20 heads)

• 2️⃣ TMCP-1220 (12 needles, 20 heads)

• 3️⃣ TMCP-1520 (15 needles, 20 heads)

On August 11th, the hoisting and installation operations were successfully completed! A massive shoutout and thank you to the Chang Yuan TAJIMA technician team, the seamless coordination across all Dah Jeng Teams, and the outstanding efficiency of our production team. Thanks to this incredible teamwork, the machines were fully installed in just one day and have already been deployed to the production frontline! 

This expansion marks a monumental leap forward for Dah Jeng's scale, bringing a significant boost to our productivity, quality, and overall efficiency.
